We have significant experience in litigation involving state and federal regulatory agencies, defending companies in industries such as oil and gas, electricity (distribution, transmission and generation), telecommunications, transportation, ports and airports, food, pharmaceuticals and tobacco.

Luciano Godoy
Luciano Godoy holds a bachelor’s (1991) and master’s degree (1997) and a doctorate (2002) from the School of Law of the University of São Paulo. Godoy was also a Visiting Scholar at Columbia Law School from 2006 to 2007. His practice focuses mainly on Civil, Regulatory and Arbitration law, representing large Brazilian and international groups. Before starting LUC Advogados, Godoy worked as an executive at CSN - Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional and at Santander Bank. In addition, he was a Federal Judge at the Federal Regional Court of the 3rd Region for 10 years.
Ricardo Zamariola
With more than 20 years of experience in complex litigation of various natures, Ricardo is recognized for his ability to combine technical excellence with sensitivity in defending his clients. His practice covers a wide range of topics, including corporate law, succession disputes involving large corporate groups, and family property conflicts, in matters that often combine judicial and administrative proceedings in multiple jurisdictions. Ricardo also brings the experience of having appeared in dozens of cases before the Superior Court of Justice and the Supreme Court.
